Flavours that won’t bake out!

LorAnn Better Than Extracts Coconut Bakery Emulsion delivers creamy, natural coconut flavour.

Most LorAnn bakery emulsions are water-based, so they wont evaporate in the high heat of baking the way traditional alcohol-based extracts do, giving your baked goods stronger, longer-lasting flavour and aroma.

Bakery emulsion is ideal for cookies, cakes, brownies and bars, muffins, quick breads, buttercream, and more.

1 teaspoon baking extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion

118ml / 4oz bottle

Ingredients: Water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavours, glycerin, xanthan gum, salt.
