Decorating cakes with fresh and preserved flowers or wired sugar flowers requires the use of food safe barriers between the inedible stem/wire and the edible cake. The last thing we want is for people to taste the grassy flavours of fresh flower stems in our food, or worse, become sick because of them. The Flower Picks from PME will solve the problem of how to hygenically fix them (or other non food safe decorations) to your cake.

With smoothed, pointed ends, its easy to push these miniature vases into cakes of all sizes, and theres plenty of room in each one for the plump stem of a garden bloom and a drop of water to keep it fresh for longer.
